Scott Soden’s career spans more than 25 years and includes executive level positions at Falkenberg Capital Corporation, a telecommunications-focused investment firm, SFP Publishing, a ten-title specialty magazine publisher, and Vidal Sassoon S.M., a multi-national corporation. Over the last nine years, his skilled representation of top telecommunications clients led to the completion of over 60 separate transactions valued at nearly $2 billion. His operational expertise and financial acumen have also resulted in substantial growth, documented leadership results and sizable process improvements in the companies he has led over the course of his career.

Ed Moise, Managing Partner

Ed Moise’s wide breadth of experience, honed over the course of 20 years, has included working in environments as varied as Fortune 500 companies and start-up firms. As US Unwired Inc.’s Treasurer, he led purchases of Georgia PCS and IWO Holdings, divested two cellular operations, sold numerous PCS licenses, liquidated a paging operation, and monetized more than 450 communication towers. His negotiation skills led to transactions totaling more than $1.5 billion. In addition, Ed’s extensive corporate development experience with Fortune 500 natural resource companies led to the sale of assets ranging from geothermal resources in California’s Napa Valley to community infrastructure assets in Indonesia. Having profitably served on the owner side of the business, he possesses an in-depth understanding of Alpina’s customers.
